Sleep Country Canada/Dormez-vous? is seeking a sales-focused team member to engage customers, promote products, and support store operations. You will help maintain inviting product displays, assist with inventory, and work with the sales team to meet and exceed store goals.

The role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service, learning about sleep products, and contributing to a positive, inclusive store environment with opportunities for growth and commissions.

Qualifications

• Ideally 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Retail and/or Customer Service.
• Positive, optimistic attitude with strong customer focus.
• Ambitious and willing to commit to continuous education and learning.
• Available to work days, evenings and weekends.
• Critical thinking skills and the ability to tackle problems independently.

Responsabilités

• Engage with customers to identify needs and promote products and services.
• Keep stores visually appealing through product presentation, replenishment and housekeeping.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and counting inventory to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Collaborate with Sales team to exceed goals and expectations.
