Job summary

Sleep Country Canada is seeking a full-time sales associate to join our stores nationwide. You will engage with customers to identify needs, promote our quality products and service offerings, and help maintain attractive product presentations.

You will work with the Sales team to exceed goals, participate in receiving and organizing inventory, and contribute to a positive, diverse store environment. Training, benefits and advancement opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, Retail and/or Customer Service is asset and not mandatory as we will invest in the right person.
• A positive, optimistic attitude and a strong customer focus.
• Be ambitious and willing to commit to continuous education and learning.
• Available to work days, evenings and weekends.
• Critical thinking skills and the ability tackle problems on your own.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to identify their needs and wants, promote our quality products and service offerings.
• Ensure our stores are always visually appealing through product presentation, replenishment and store housekeeping.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and completing inventory counts to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Work together as part of the Sales team to exceed goals and expectations.
