Job summary

Sleep Country Canada is seeking a sales associate to engage with customers, promote our sleep products, and contribute to a high-energy team selling sleep solutions. This is a full-time, commission-based role in our stores.

Earn an estimated $70,000 per year with medical/dental benefits, training, and an associate discount program. You will support product presentation and inventory to help exceed sales goals.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in Sales, Retail and/or Customer Service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Positive, optimistic attitude with strong customer focus.
• Ambitious and eager to pursue continuous education and learning.
• Available to work days, evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrates critical thinking and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to identify needs and promote products and services.
• Keep stores visually appealing through presentation, replenishment and housekeeping.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and inventory counts to maintain stock levels.
• Collaborate with Sales team to exceed goals and expectations.
