GoodMorning.com in Canada is seeking a friendly, customer-obsessed Sales Associate for part-time hours to help shoppers find sleep solutions and deliver a pressure-free experience.

You will work across retail, online, and digital touchpoints, expand product knowledge, update customer records daily, and support KPI targets while upholding the GoodMorning.com brand promise.

Qualifications

• 3 years of sales or customer service experience
• Ability to listen to customer needs and provide a solution
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Hourly position: 16-20 hours a week including weekends/holidays
• Hours: Mon-Fri 9:00-20:00, Sat 9:00-20:00, Sun 10:00-18:00 local time

Responsibilities

• Frontline for customers delivering solutions for sleeping needs
• Offer value-added solutions and promote loyalty
• Acquire and maintain product knowledge
• Maintain awareness of competitor products
• Update customer records and internal documents daily
• Resolve product/service problems and follow up until resolution
• Escalate issues as needed
• Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
• Other duties as assigned
