GoodMorning.com in Canada is seeking an enthusiastic sales associate who delivers a world-class, pressure-free customer experience across retail, online, and digital touchpoints. You will help customers select sleep solutions, build loyalty, and maintain accurate records while collaborating with the team.

The role is hourly, 40 hours per week, including weekends, with comprehensive benefits and employee perks. You will join a pioneer brand focused on better sleep and mornings.

Qualifications

• 3 years of sales or customer service experience.
• Ability to listen to a customer with needs, wants and desires and close the sale.
• Understanding how to sell the whole project.
• Ability to adapt tone for different audiences and situations.
• Willingness to work both independently and in a team.
• Strong organization, follow-up skills and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Be the frontline for our customers, providing solutions to meet sleeping needs.
• Offer value-added solutions, promote loyalty and deliver exceptional service.
• Acquire and maintain knowledge on products and services.
• Keep informed about competitor products and comparisons.
• Update customer records and internal documents daily.
• Resolve product/service problems with clear root-cause analysis and follow-up.
• Escalate issues when needed and meet/exceed KPIs.

What you'll do

• Be the frontline for our customers. Providing our customers with a solution to meet their sleeping needs
• Offer value-added solutions, promote customer loyalty and provide exceptional customer service
• Acquire and maintain an industry-leading level of knowledge on our products and services
• Maintain awareness of competitor products and key comparative details
• Understand our systems and update customer records and internal documents daily
• Resolve product or service problems by: clarifying customers’ concerns; determining root causes; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; following-up to ensure resolution, knows when to ask for help. Obsesses over our customers experience and delivers the best in class service
• Identify issues that need to be escalated to higher levels of support
• Meet or exceed target KPIs as laid out for individuals and team
• Other duties as reasonably assigned

Qualifications

• Describe the experience and attributes of the ideal candidate
• A passion for providing exceptional customer service
• 3 Year of sales and or customer service experience; a proven ability to listen to a customer(s) needs wants and desires, then provide a solution to meet their needs (closes the sales)
• Understands what it means to sell the whole project
• Able to correspond in multiple tones to cater for different audiences in various situations
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong multitasking skills, highly organized, follow-up skills
• Professional and positive attitude
• Hours of operation: Monday to Friday 9:00am - 8:00pm, Saturday 9:00am - 8pm and Sunday 10:00am - 6:00pm local time (may vary by location)
• Hourly position: 40 hours a week, including weekends and holidays
