Job summary

PwC Canada is seeking a Technology Strategy and Transformation Manager (GPS) to drive strategic technology initiatives for Government and Public Sector clients. You will lead transformations in infrastructure, data, AI, and digital platforms, coordinating client engagements and delivering data-driven recommendations.

The role requires deep experience in technology strategy, strong leadership, and the ability to travel across Canada to serve diverse client needs.

Qualifications

Significant experience in technology transformation, operations, or strategy.
Experience in infrastructure, data, AI/GenAI/Agentic, AIOps/SRE, and digital transformations.
Prior work in technology strategy consulting or in a CIO organization.
Strong understanding of one or more business domains in TMT (Technology, Media, Telecom).
Hands-on delivery across core platform transformation, cloud, data, process automation, and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Lead technology strategy and transformation programmes with focus on infrastructure, AI, data, and digital tech across industries.
Gather and analyse client information to develop data-driven insights and support platform strategies.
Lead client engagements to understand business and technology strategies through research and interviews.
Demonstrate experience supporting strategic transformation in technology-driven environments including cloud, data, AI, GenAI, and digital infrastructure.
Identify and prioritise business and technology requirements ensuring alignment with transformation objectives across sectors.
Support programme management with hands-on knowledge of transformation processes, focusing on infrastructure and AI-driven solutions.
Deliver technology solutions spanning infrastructure, digital, and AI for clients in the TMT sector.
