Job summary

PwC Canada is seeking a Workforce Transformation Senior Associate in Toronto, Canada. You will lead HR and payroll transformation initiatives, partner with PwC professionals on client engagements, and apply skills in job architecture, workforce analytics, and AI in HR to deliver measurable business value.

You will contribute to HR strategy, payroll strategy, and organization design while supporting business development and ensuring delivery excellence for diverse clients across industries.

Qualifications

• Considerable years of relevant professional consulting experience delivering HR and Payroll transformation services across industries.
• Demonstrated experience contributing to HR and Payroll transformation efforts in consulting or in-house HR/Payroll roles.
• Foundational understanding of job architecture, skills architecture and job leveling and rewards.
• Experience in HR and Workforce Transformation areas such as operating model, organization design, payroll design and payroll tech implementation.
• Experience with HR/talent intelligence systems and processes; profiling and design work included.

Responsibilities

• Partner with PwC professionals on high-profile client engagements.
• Contribute to HR engagements covering HR strategy, payroll strategy and transformation, organization design, and related topics.
• Utilize knowledge of job architecture, skills redesign, and AI in HR to drive organizational initiatives.
• Deliver actionable insights from research and assessments on AI’s influence on the job landscape.
• Support business development and maintain delivery excellence across projects.
