Aerotek in North Vancouver, BC, is seeking a Skilled Labourer to support an industrial construction project. You will handle cladding installation, carpentry-related tasks, material handling, and site clean-up on a first shift from 7:00 a.m.

to 3:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, with overtime as needed. The role requires at least 3 years on commercial/industrial sites, a Fall Protection ticket, reliable transportation, and ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of construction experience on commercial or industrial sites.
• Proven experience with cladding installation on commercial or industrial projects.
• Valid Fall Protection (Fall Pro) ticket.
• Reliable transportation to and from the North Vancouver industrial site.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with supervisors and crew members.
• Ability and willingness to submit to a background check.
• Capability to perform physically demanding construction tasks, including lifting, carrying, and working at heights.
• Ability to work full-time first shift hours and overtime when required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
