Job summary

Sunshine Village Corporation in Banff National Park seeks Security Personnel to safeguard guests, staff and premises while delivering an outstanding experience. You will observe, report, and respond to incidents, de-escalate tensions, and assist with emergencies in a harsh alpine environment.

The role requires strong communication, ability to work flexible hours, and a valid Alberta security licence (or actively pursuing).

Qualifications

• Ontario? (Note: Alberta licence or working towards is required as stated).
• Must be 21+ with clean driving record; valid Class 5 licence and three-year abstract.
• Excellent communication, judgement and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding guest experience and enforce rules when needed.
• Monitor access and perform checks across the ski area leasehold.
• Coordinate after-hours emergency response and incident reporting.
• Assist with snow removal from public areas and maintain safety standards.
• Prepare reports and communicate findings to relevant departments.
