Job summary

Canadian Rocky Mountain Resorts’ Banff Sunshine Village is seeking a friendly Retail Associate to deliver world‑class guest experiences on the retail floor. You will educate guests about products, inspire excitement, and represent the Sunshine Village brand with enthusiasm.

This is a physically demanding role requiring standing for long periods, some lifting and carrying, and strong teamwork with the Assistant Supervisor and Assistant Retail Director to ensure a seamless, engaging guest

Responsibilities

• Present on the retail floor, energized and ready to assist guests.
• Passionately educate our products to guests and the community on the retail floor.
• Advocate for Banff Sunshine Village values and guest experience.
• Uphold brand image in line with Sunshine standards.
• Maintain store standards and complete delegated tasks before shift ends.
• Participate in physical inventory counting to ensure accuracy.
• Other duties may be requested and assigned from time to time.
