Job summary

Sun Peaks Resort is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to assist guests with purchases, answer questions, and help in daily store operations at our Sun Peaks location. You will represent the resort brand and promote outdoor gear while delivering friendly service to every guest.

This seasonal, on-site role requires knowledge of technical outdoor apparel, strong customer service, and the ability to work alone or in a team in a fast-paced setting; experience with POS systems and Microsoft Office is

The Retail Sales Associate helps customers while they shop, answers questions, selects rental equipment, and assists in daily store operations. In this role, you serve as a representative of the retail brand and play an essential role in the store’s overall success. Compensation Information

$19.35 per hour

Physical Requirement

Light; work activities involve handling loads up to 10kg; predominantly in an indoor setting. This job position requires physical presence at the designated location.

Primary Responsibilities

• Keep outlets clean, tidy and well merchandised.
• Ensure health and safety policies and procedures are adhered to according to SPRLLP guidelines and relevant regulatory bodies.
• Ensure all SPRLLP policies are adhered to as outlined in the current Employee handbook.
