FundyPros in Fredericton, NB is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead drywall, steel stud framing, ceilings and insulation crews on multiple projects. You will plan, schedule, and monitor daily activities, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time completion while coordinating with engineers and project managers.

We value strong leadership, hands-on oversight, and a track record of delivering high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• 5 years of progressive leadership experience in drywall, taping, or steel-stud framing.
• Ability to work with a plan that is supported by facts and data.
• Red Seal is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Organize the fulfillment of tasks according to priorities and plans.
• Create schedules and monitor attendance of crew.
• Assign general and daily responsibilities.
• Train workers and tradespeople and monitor their performance.
• Manage manpower and resources, ensuring they are adequate.
• Adhere to all safety requirements and quality standards.
• Monitor the use of machinery and equipment.
• Review and analyze expenditures on a regular basis, ensuring they remain within budget.
• Troubleshoot problems when they arise.
• Prepare reports on progress to managers, engineers and other stakeholders.
