Job summary

Parker Huggett – A Division of LRO Staffing in Calgary is seeking a Site Superintendent to run day-to-day operations on an active ICI project. This is a permanent, full-time role with real ownership from mobilization through handover.

You will manage trades, safety, logistics, and quality control, while keeping the Project Manager informed. The base salary ranges from $95,000 to $135,000, plus full benefits, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Site Superintendent on ICI builds.
• Working knowledge of the Alberta Building Code and OH&S standards.
• Track record managing multiple trades on a live site.
• Calm under pressure and direct in communication.
• Valid driver’s license and own transportation.
• Formal construction education is an asset, not a requirement.

This is a single, dedicated hire, not a rotating cast, so you'll get real ownership over your site from mobilization through handover.
