Qualifications

• Strong understanding of drawings, specifications, construction sequencing, and site coordination.
• Practical knowledge of safety requirements and quality control on active construction sites.
• Ability to communicate effectively with trades, consultants, clients, suppliers, and internal project teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in the field.
• Organized, reliable, and able to keep projects moving while maintaining quality and safety.
• Experience with ground up construction, renovations, additions, commercial buildings, industrial buildings, or institutional projects would be considered an asset.]

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations on ICI building projects.
• Coordinate trades, suppliers, site staff, and subcontractors to maintain project progress.
• Read and interpret drawings, specifications, schedules, shop drawings, and site instructions.
• Work closely with the project manager to plan work, track progress, identify issues, and support project delivery.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
• Ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.
• Coordinate inspections, deliveries, site logistics, deficiencies, and construction sequencing.
• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractor performance.
• Lead regular site meetings and communicate clearly with trades, consultants, clients, and internal team members.
• Identify conflicts, delays, or constructability issues early and help resolve them before they affect the project.
• Maintain daily reports, site records, safety documentation, and project related paperwork.
• Support a positive, professional site culture with a focus on quality, safety, accountability, and respect.

Compensation Transparency
