Tappwfs seeks a Junior Site Superintendent to lead ICI construction sites, reporting to a General Superintendent. You’ll run mobilization, supervise trades, and manage budgets and safety programs across GTA projects.
Ideal candidates bring a construction-related degree and five years in interior ICI work, with strong communication and leadership abilities. The role offers full-time hours and benefits in a dynamic contracting environment.
Run the day-to-day on active ICI job sites across the GTA, with a General Superintendent backing you every step.
Junior Site Superintendent – ICI Construction | Oakville & GTA
This role may also be known as: Assistant Site Superintendent, Junior Construction Superintendent, Site Supervisor, ICI Site Coordinator
Are you a people person who thrives in the middle of the action? Do you get energy from new challenges and new projects? If you're a self-starter who works well in a high-energy team environment, this is worth ten minutes of your time.
This is a full-time Junior Site Superintendent role reporting directly to a General Superintendent, with a competitive salary and full benefits. It's built for someone who wants real ownership early — not just a seat at the table, but a hand in running it.
You'd be joining a rapidly growing general contractor, design-builder, and construction manager with a reputation for integrity and quality craftsmanship in commercial construction. The culture here is built on one idea: hire good people, trust them to do the work, and keep improving how it gets delivered.
Most junior superintendent roles keep you on the sidelines. This one doesn't. You'll report directly to a General Superintendent who is genuinely invested in developing you, not just supervising you. You'll get real autonomy leading site mobilization and set-up, exposure to a variety of active ICI projects across the GTA rather than one static site, and a clear runway to grow into more senior site leadership as you prove yourself.
