Job summary

Michael Page International (Canada) is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to oversee complex ICI building projects in Concord, Canada. You will coordinate with contractors, architects and stakeholders to ensure alignment with scope, budget and schedule.

The successful candidate will bring proven PM experience in buildings construction, strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills, and a solid grasp of local codes and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management within the buildings construction industry.
• Extensive knowledge of ICI GC/CM processes and practices.
• Hands-on experience with ground-up new build, renovation and healthcare projects.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.

Responsibilities
