The Site Superintendent is a 12-month contract role who will oversee day-to-day construction activities on the project site and help ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project plans, specifications, schedules, and quality standards. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working closely with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, internal project teams, and the home office. The successful candidate will play a key role in keeping the project on track while supporting communication, documentation, safety, and cost awareness.
Compensation Range: $120,000 | 12-Month Contract
This role is performed on active commercial construction sites. The Superintendent must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and occasionally climb stairs, ladders, or scaffolding. Work may involve outdoor weather conditions, loud noise, heavy equipment, uneven surfaces, and required use of PPE. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
