Impact Recruitment is seeking a Site Superintendent to manage various commercial tenant improvement and residential projects across British Columbia. The ideal candidate will have 5–10+ years of experience in commercial construction and strong trade relationships to oversee projects from mobilization through to completion.
This hands-on role offers a base salary of $110,000 – $125,000 along with vacation, extended health benefits, and discretionary bonuses. Travel throughout BC will be required depending on project locations.
Our client is a growing and well-respected General Contractor with an established presence across British Columbia, delivering commercial tenant improvement, base building, and light residential projects throughout the province. Due to continued growth and an active pipeline of work, they are looking to add an experienced Site Superintendent to their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on Superintendent who thrives in fast‑paced construction environments and enjoys managing projects from mobilization through to completion.
The successful candidate will oversee a variety of commercial TI, base building, and light residential projects ranging from approximately $1M–$5M in value. The role is based in the Lower Mainland with travel throughout BC required depending on project location.
This position would suit an organized and proactive construction professional with strong trade relationships, solid technical knowledge, and proven experience managing multiple stakeholders on active construction sites.
