Job summary

Broccolini Construction Inc. is seeking a Site Superintendent to join our construction team on full‑time, on‑site work across our Canadian projects. You will develop and build remarkable buildings while maintaining Broccolini’s core values and safety culture.

Ideal candidates bring a Civil Engineering Technology credential and 6+ years of progressive on-site supervision experience. MS Project, MS Office, and construction management software proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Civil Engineering Technology diploma/degree preferred.
• 6+ years of progressive on-site construction supervision experience.
• Knowledge of construction documents, regulations, and safety practices.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day site activities to meet contract documents, schedules and quality standards.
• Support health, safety and environmental compliance through orientations, inspections, and safety talks.
• Manage and document site activities: logs, worker hours, materials, equipment, deliveries.
• Assist with project scheduling (MS Project), risk management and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with project teams, consultants and authorities to address site challenges and maintain progress.
• Supervise, mentor and coach field staff, promoting safety and productivity.

What does it look like to be a Site Superintendent at Broccolini:
