Job summary

Cameco is seeking a seasoned Site Services Supervisor to oversee and coordinate operations at our Saskatchewan site. You will lead a team, plan tasks, and ensure safe, efficient execution of all site services activities to meet production requirements.

You will manage the batch plant, airport operations, road maintenance, and heavy equipment, while driving continuous improvement and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum grade 12 diploma or equivalent.
• Seven years of relevant work experience in heavy industry or an industrial environment.
• Effective leadership and strong communication skills.
• Valid Class 5 driver's license; willingness to commute to site by aircraft.
• Experience with heavy equipment and safety compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, plan, coordinate, and schedule site services operations and project tasks to meet site requirements.
• Ensure the safe, effective and efficient execution of site services activities in adherence to internal policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Execute site services activities, safely, effectively, and efficiently while adhering to internal policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure the concrete batch plant meets production requirements for both quantity and quality.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the airport, batch plant, road maintenance, and heavy equipment operations.
• Identify and develop continuous improvement projects to support the needs of the operation.
