Job summary

Cameco is seeking a senior Site Services leader for our Saskatchewan operations. This role will oversee batch plant operations, concrete delivery, runway maintenance, snow clearing, de-icing, waste management, and material movement.

You will ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and efficient service delivery aligned with site priorities. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in industrial settings with heavy equipment, strong leadership, and the ability to obtain a Saskatchewan labour supervisor

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive work experience in an industrial setting and managing heavy equipment.
• Ability to obtain Saskatchewan labour supervisor certificate.
• Strong leadership and organizational capabilities.
• Experience supervising front-line workers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Site Services department and be accountable for operations including batch plant operation, concrete delivery, maintenance, snow clearing, de-icing, waste management, and material movement.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and adherence to internal policies.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate work to deliver services efficiently while meeting site priorities.
• Collaborate with other supervisors and site project teams for integrated planning.
• Manage and monitor Site Services spend and budgets.

Education

Journeyperson trade certification or engineering technology diploma
