Senior IT Manager
As Senior IT Manager, you’ll lead our IT team and own the technology supporting Mosaic’s mission to Build A Better Home. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Finance, this hands‑on leadership role is a great fit for someone who wants to shape and deliver IT strategy, but who still loves rolling up their sleeves and digging into the technical work. You'll drive everything from our multi-year IT roadmap and cybersecurity posture to the day-to-day reliability of our network, servers, and cloud systems, all while bringing out the best in your team of three. You'll also play an important role in guiding AI adoption as part of our broader technology roadmap.

You have 10+ years’ IT experience with a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a people leader with a track record of bringing out the best in others.
You have an undergraduate degree in computer science or a related field. Bonus points if you are PMP designated. You also have a valid BC Driver’s License and are comfortable regularly driving to sites around the Lower Mainland.
You are customer service oriented and solutions driven. You have demonstrated experience realizing operational excellence, transformation, or modernization. You explain even the most complex technical issues in a concise manner anyone can understand.
Your prior experience includes the Microsoft 365 suite of products; Azure, Dynamics, Helpdesk ITSM/ITSL, and planning, resourcing, and executing projects on time and on budget.
You have an excellent knowledge of network design & architecture, emerging AI technologies, cybersecurity, business continuity/disaster recovery planning, workflow automation, and Helpdesk management.
You are a person with a plan, eager to demonstrate results. This includes experience managing budgets, projects, setting KPI, and presenting business cases to an executive audience.
Finally, you maintain a high degree of confidentiality, lead with integrity and genuinely care about the work you produce, your team, and all the people you support.
