Turnkey Investment Properties in Edmonton, AB is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to walk active construction sites and ensure work meets our standards for investors and tenants. You will inspect at each stage, document deficiencies, and coordinate with trades.

Responsibilities

• Walk active sites and inspect the work at each build stage using checklists.
• Compare built work against approved plans and standards.
• Build and track deficiency lists and ensure items are fixed.
• Document everything with photos and notes.
• Ensure sites are ready before inspections.
• Complete final walkthroughs before handover.
• Coordinate daily with site trades and the office.
