Strategic Group in Edmonton, Alberta, seeks a Site Superintendent for our multi-family residential construction projects. You will drive on-site execution, coordinate teams, and ensure safety and quality across phases while collaborating with management and subcontractors to meet timelines and budgets.

The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering background with 5+ years in Canadian construction, especially Alberta, and demonstrates leadership, proactive planning, and strong communication to

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering background required or heavily preferred.
• 5+ years of construction industry experience.
• Experience in Alberta preferred.
• Solid knowledge of construction methods and building codes.
• Familiarity with safety procedures; first aid ticket is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Manager, Project Coordinator, and team for seamless execution.
• Oversee subcontractors, schedules, quality, and safety compliance.
• Contribute to development and implementation of construction methodologies and design.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues to maintain timelines and budgets.
• Plan ahead to address challenges and coordinate project phases.
• Lead health, safety, and environmental practices on-site.
• Maintain open communication with project teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure site activities align with project goals and company standards.
• Resolve conflicts professionally with a solution-focused mindset.
