Job summary

Northern Health is seeking a Site Manager in Dease Lake, BC to lead facility services, staff and programs in alignment with NH objectives. The role reports to the Health Service Administrator and focuses on planning, delivery and evaluation of service quality and efficiency.

The Site Manager will oversee operations, finances and personnel, ensuring safety, compliance and continuous improvement across all site activities.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in operational and strategic planning.
• Experience in project management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Equivalent education/experience accepted.
