Overview

We have a new opportunity for a Site Manager to join our team within Vistry East London, at our Beam Park site (RM9 6YJ). As our Site Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a construction site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Responsibilities include managing teams, coordinating resources, enforcing health and safety regulations, and liaising with contractors, suppliers, partners, and customers.

Candidate Requirements

  • Ability to manage projects, deliver quality work on time and within budget
  • Teamwork and autonomous working skills
  • Thorough understanding of Health & Safety legislation
  • Attention to detail and strong time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Outlook
  • Ability to build stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills
Desirable Qualifications
  • NVQ Level 4/5/6, BTEC in Building Construction or similar
  • Valid Scaffold Appreciation certificate
  • Black CSCS Card
  • Valid SMSTS, First Aid, LOLER, CITB SEATS & Temporary Works Certificates
  • Trade experience
