Senior Global Study Site Specialist/Site Activation Lead - Canada (Remote) - Sponsor Dedicated

Under the guidance of the Director of Global Site Management & Central Services, this position is responsible for managing the entire site management process from feasibility to site activation. The role acts as the primary contact for the site and the study team, supporting feasibility assessments, site identification, qualification, and all study and site start-up, maintenance, and close-out activities.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop in-house process documents.
2. Serve as the primary contact for study team on end-to-end study activities.
3. Lead study team meetings and participate in management meetings.
4. Utilize tracking tools and develop reports.
5. Oversee feasibility activities, including NDA negotiations and questionnaire analysis.
6. Manage site contract and budget negotiations.
7. Support collection of country and site intelligence.
8. Assist with ethics and regulatory submissions.
9. Support country and site-specific activities for site activation.
10. Contribute to the development of study processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Science, or related field.
2. Minimum five years of experience in the biopharmaceutical/CRO industry.
3. Experience with Global SSU and ICF in the US and EU.
4. Flexible to adjust priorities as needed.
5. Self-starter, goal-oriented, with strong independence skills.
6. Proactive problem solver.
7. Detail-oriented with multitasking ability.
8. Proficient in Veeva Vault and Microsoft Office.
9. Good interpersonal skills.
10. Comfortable with ambiguity and acting without full information.
