Job description

We are currently recruiting for a Main Contractor for a large residential development in Horsham. This is a Number 1 Site Manager role, overseeing a team that includes a couple of Site Managers, Traffic Marshalls, and a Store Man, with approximately 100 personnel on-site.

The ideal candidate should have experience managing large residential projects and be able to report directly to a Contracts Manager. Responsibilities include managing all aspects of the project, recording variations, obtaining approvals, and handling day-to-day paperwork and emails. Candidates must hold SMSTS and CSCS certifications.
