CSA Site Manager – You know the drill. But let’s cut to it.
You’ve probably read 27 job ads this week that sound like someone copy-pasted them from a textbook called “How to Say a Lot Without Saying Anything.”

You’ll be leading from the front, from site set-up through to demob. You’ll make sure the schedule’s tight, the safety’s tighter, and the quality’s what it needs to be. If something’s not up to scratch, you’ll spot it before the clipboard brigade do. Because that’s how you work.

You’ll get the support of a solid PM, a proactive safety team, and people who understand that shouting doesn’t make concrete set any faster.
