Job summary

FLINT is seeking a Site Administrator to support the Site Manager and/or Site Superintendent on a 6-week turnaround in Taylor, BC from August 23 to October 5, 2026.

The role involves data entry, time sheets, cost tracking, hire packages, scheduling, and coordinating with the client site clerk to ensure timely project completion. This safety‑sensitive position offers a $35 hourly rate, travel pay, and benefits after 300 hours, plus an LOA of $200/day and travel pay.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within an industrial site setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office suite.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking and prioritization under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative tasks including data entry, cost tracking, and preparing daily time sheets for upload.
• Manage hire/termination forms, schedule meetings, and order supplies.
• Handle daily time tickets, cost coding, purchase orders, and meeting minutes; forward documents to stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication between staff, management, and external contacts; coordinate manpower requests and recruitment information.
