Job summary

Johnson & Johnson seeks an experienced Signavio Program Manager to lead deployment, governance, and adoption of our process management platform. You will coordinate with IT, security, and business teams to ensure scalable BPM practices across the organization.

The role requires strong SaaS deployment experience and the ability to drive change in a global environment, with travel as needed. A hybrid work model is supported across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading SaaS deployment and process management programs.
• Experience with Signavio or similar BPM tools and process modeling.
• Strong integration knowledge (APIs/webhooks) and IAM concepts.
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders and drive cross-functional change.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment of Signavio, including configuration, integrations, testing, cutover, and post-go-live support.
• Own production stability and day-to-day support including incident management and SLA tracking.
• Partner with process owners, IT, security, and business teams to design governance, roles, and lifecycle processes.
• Configure platform settings, repositories, and user access controls.
• Design and implement integrations with ERP, identity, and reporting tools; coordinate with engineering/IT for secure solutions.
• Develop training, adoption programs, playbooks, and knowledge base materials.
• Manage vendor relationships, including escalation, roadmap alignment, and licensing.
• Measure KPIs like uptake, availability, time-to-resolution, and compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement by collecting feedback and coordinating releases.
• Supervise and coach reports and contractors supporting deployments.
