Job summary

Colliers is seeking an IAM Engineer to design, implement, and support Saviynt Identity Governance & Administration solutions across our global enterprise. You will lead lifecycle management, onboarding, access requests, and certification programs, ensuring policy enforcement and compliance.

You will collaborate with Security, HR, IT Operations, and application owners to optimize IAM, automate workflows, and integrate cloud platforms with the IAM framework.

Qualifications

• Degree in CS/IT or related field required.
• 5–7 years IAM experience, 3+ years with Saviynt IGA.
• Saviynt IGA certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of identity lifecycle, RBAC, SoD, and compliance (SOX/GDPR).
• Experience integrating Saviynt with AD, cloud services, and HR systems; REST APIs, SAML/OIDC; PowerShell/Java.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and deploy Saviynt IGA capabilities for lifecycle, onboarding, access requests, and certifications.
• Develop joiner-mover-leaver workflows, access reviews, SoD policies, and automated provisioning.
• Troubleshoot provisioning and access issues; provide L2/L3 support; vendor engagement.
• Collaborate with Security, HR, IT Ops, and application owners to align IAM with requirements.
• Document designs/runbooks; enhance IAM ecosystem across directories and cloud platforms.
