As we continue to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Siding Foreman to support our expanding operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily siding installation activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, safety standards, and company policies.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate work assignments for siding crews and subcontractors.
• Inspect job sites regularly to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with building codes.
• Collaborate with project managers and site superintendents to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
• Monitor materials usage and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, site staff, and head office.
• Identify and resolve project issues quickly and effectively.
• Enforce health and safety regulations at all times.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in siding installation or exterior construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of various siding materials and installation techniques.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
