Job summary

Gelderman Landscape Services in Hamilton is seeking a labourer to join our winter sidewalks team. The role involves hand-salting, hand-shoveling, operating snow-blowers, and other equipment to clear sidewalks and entrances for client properties.

If you enjoy working outdoors with variable shifts and are available on-call, including nights, we want to hear from you. This is a full-time, year-round position with growth opportunities and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in snow clearing is an asset.
• On-call including nights/ overnights.
• Able to lift 15–30 kg and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Own transportation.

This role is responsible for hand-shoveling, hand-salting, use of snow-blowers and other equipment to clear sidewalks and entrances of client properties.
