Job summary

Gelderman Landscape Services Limited is hiring Crew Leaders for our winter sidewalks team in Ontario. You will oversee crew delegation, transportation, and safe execution of snow clearing at client properties.

Responsibilities include driving the company vehicle, hand-salting, hand-shoveling, operating snow blowers, and upholding health and safety standards in outdoor winter conditions. Previous leadership in winter maintenance preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid G driver's license with a clean driving abstract.
• Experience driving a pickup truck and trailer.
• 2–3 seasons of winter maintenance leadership preferred.

Salary Range: CA$27.00 To CA$30.00 Hourly

We are seeking Crew Leaders for our winter sidewalks team. This role is responsible for the delegation and transportation of their crew. This will include hand-shoveling, hand-salting, use of snow-blowers and other equipment to clear sidewalks and entrances of client properties.
