Job summary

Canadian Rocky Mountain Resorts is seeking Bus Hosts for the Sunshine shuttles in Banff and Canmore. You will greet guests, educate them on policies, and help with loading equipment while maintaining safety and accurate counts.

Responsibilities include monitoring shuttle use, assisting large groups, and delivering high-quality service across changing conditions in an alpine environment. Flexible schedules (weekends/holidays/nights) and strong English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, positive attitude with a passion for guest service.
• Ability to communicate with and organize large groups; professional in all interactions.
• Flexible schedules including weekends, holidays, nights.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Maintain safety with accurate counts and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor guests using Sunshine’s shuttle transportation services.
• Communicate with and organize large groups; raise your voice in a firm but professional manner when needed.
• Provide high quality service by anticipating guest needs and assisting with loading equipment.
• Complete accurate counts and assist with incident reporting and witness statements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
