Job summary

Mount-Norquay seeks a reliable Transportation Shuttle Driver for full-time and part-time shifts in Banff, AB. You will shuttle guests between Mt Norquay and Banff, conduct safety checks, and log trips while maintaining a clean, comfortable vehicle under all weather conditions.

The role requires a Class 2 license and a clean driver abstract, with at least 3 years of driving experience (5+ years preferred in snow/ice). Competitive hourly pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive 24/44 passenger bus between Mount-Norquay and Banff on scheduled routes in all weather.
• Perform pre- and post-trip safety inspections and complete driver logs/reports.
• Carry out basic bus maintenance (fluids, snow/ice removal) and keep bus clean.
• Fuel bus as needed and manage early cold-weather starts.
• Provide excellent customer service to riders and work in all weather conditions.

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Transportation Shuttle Driver to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting guests between designated locations, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all riders. Your energetic approach and commitment to excellent customer service will help create a positive environment, making every trip safe, comfortable, and timely. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our operational success while maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism.

We are looking for casual, full and part time shuttle bus drivers for this winter season.

Valid Class 2 Alberta drivers license and a clean Commercial Drivers Abstract are required along with at least 5 years experience driving in snow and ice.

The position involves;

Driving a 24/44 passenger bus between Mt Norquay and Banff following scheduled bus routes in all weather conditions.

Performing pre and post trip safety inspections;

Completing reports and driver logs;

Basic bus maintenance.(top off fluids, snow and Ice removal.)

Cleaning the interior and exterior of the bus;

Fueling the bus as needed;

Early cold weather starts.

You must enjoy working with the public and providing good customer service, be willing and able to work inALLweather conditions. For example -40C at 6am... Snow days are when we do our best work!
