Job summary

Blue Mountain Resort in Ontario is seeking a seasonal shuttle driver to transport guests and staff around the resort. You will provide friendly service, answer questions, assist with luggage, and respond to guest service requests while following health and safety guidelines.

The role requires a valid B or F-Class license with a clean driving record, 18+ years old, strong communication and teamwork, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have B or F-Class license with clean driving record.
• Must be 18 years of age or older with safe driving skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; multitask.
• Able to work with little supervision; team oriented and energetic.
• Must be able to sit and/or drive for long periods.
• Flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Transporting guests and staff around the resort and/or driving shuttle route.
• Providing friendly and engaging service and answering questions about the resort.
• Assisting guests in and out of shuttle vehicles and aiding with luggage.
• Answering radio calls from dispatch.
• Delivering guest service requests (e.g., corkscrew, cot, extra towels).
• Adhering to and contributing to Workplace Health and Safety.
