Job summary

Blue Mountain Resort in Ontario is hiring a Shuttle Bus Attendant to transport guests and staff around the resort and assist with luggage. You will provide friendly service, answer questions about the resort, and respond to guest requests via dispatch calls.

The role requires a valid B or F-Class license, a clean driving record, and the ability to work early mornings, weekends, holidays and evenings. Great team environment and safety-focused workplace.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid B or F-Class license with a clean driving record.
• Must be 18 years of age or older with safe driving skills.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities; able to work with little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Transport guests and staff around the resort and shuttle routes.
• Provide friendly, engaging service and answer questions about the resort.
• Assist guests in and out of shuttle vehicles and help with luggage.
• Answer radio calls from dispatch and handle guest service requests (e.g., corkscrew, cot, extra towels).
• Adhere to Workplace Health and Safety policies.
