Job summary

ROBINSON in Edmonton is seeking a full-time Sales Consultant for our showroom. You will help homeowners, designers and contractors select lighting and plumbing fixtures, with weekend availability required. Training is provided to grow product knowledge and selling skills.

You will create quotes, manage orders, and provide post-order support while building strong customer relationships in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist homeowners, designers and contractors in selecting lighting and plumbing fixtures.
• Create quotes and specification packages for customers and follow up with customers.
• Maintain detailed records of quotes, sales and customer requests.
• Process and triage orders to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
• Provide post-order support for status, back-orders, returns and refunds.
