Silk & Snow Inc. is seeking a Retail Associate for our York, ON showroom. This full-time role offers a base salary plus commissions and opportunities for monthly bonuses, empowering you to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales.

You will engage customers, maintain visual merchandising, and support the Sales team across channels. The position requires availability on days, evenings and weekends, with growth potential within the company.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Retail or Customer Service is preferred.
• Positive attitude and strong customer focus.
• Willingness to commit to continuous learning and education.
• Available to work days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to identify needs and promote products and services.
• Keep store visually appealing through product presentation, replenishment and housekeeping.
• Collaborate with Sales team to exceed goals and expectations.
• Assist customers across channels (emails, phone, live chat).
• Implement visual directives for product launches and pricing signage.
