Job summary

Indochino Calgary showroom is seeking a dynamic leader to drive daily sales and manage a busy fashion showroom. You will guide a team, coach for exceptional customer service, and ensure efficient floor operations and fitting processes.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year in fashion retail, strong leadership, and a customer-focused mindset. Flexibility for evenings/weekends and a passion for menswear are a must to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience in fashion.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Understanding of menswear, fit, and tailoring.
• Calm under pressure; lead during high-energy moments.
• Self-starter; adaptable to changing priorities.
• Proficient in iOS and MS Office.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by leading the team to meet daily revenue and metric-based goals.
• Support showroom KPIs, including sales targets, conversion rates, UPT, and AOV.
• Assist in managing customer appointments and walk-in traffic to maximize sales opportunities.
• Hold team members accountable for achieving KPIs and provide coaching.
• Act as leader on the sales floor when the Showroom Manager is absent.
• Build relationships with high-value clients and ensure excellent service.
• Identify opportunities to improve showroom performance and customer satisfaction.
