Job summary

ALDO Group is hiring a Part-Time Sales Lead in Calgary, AB, to drive sales and lead the team on the shop floor. You’ll coach associates, promote brand initiatives, and ensure a exceptional customer experience across channels.

You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to hit targets and maintain store standards. You’ll be part of a fashion-forward team, support day-to-day store operations, and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months of hands-on management experience in retail or service.
• Interest in fashion.
• Natural leader with growth mindset.
• Customer-first attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Availability for day, night, and weekend shifts.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs (16 kg).

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by promoting brand initiatives and delivering a strong customer experience across all channels.
• Coach and support team members through regular feedback and on-the-floor guidance.
• Share insights with store management to help improve performance.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed (payments, discounts, returns, loss prevention).
• Keep the store visually appealing with effective merchandising and displays.
• Support the Store Manager in building a motivated, fashion-focused team.
• Assist with daily operations like restocking and backroom tasks.
