Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Proven ability to coach and develop staff and improve performance.
• Strong understanding of luxury retail, business plans, and loyalty programs.

Responsibilities

• Coach clothing advisors to maximize sales productivity and maintain standards.
• Drive client development, omni-channel engagement, and digital goals.
• Hire, onboard, train, and develop team members through regular coaching.
• Ensure compliance with store procedures, cultural standards, and loss prevention.
