King Living is seeking a Showroom Manager for its Calgary showroom. You will own sales performance, customer experience, your team, and showroom operations. Inherit a team and loyal customers, with a national support structure and a growing global footprint behind you.

You will lead a premium retail team, drive targets, and maintain top-tier presentation and service. The role involves weekend work, mentoring, and strategic showroom leadership in Alberta.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Showroom Manager or senior retail leadership role within a premium or luxury environment
• Flexible and adaptable — available to work one weekend day as part of your regular roster
• Customer-obsessed — you build trust, inspire confidence, and create experiences customers remember
• Strong mentoring and coaching leadership style, with the ability to develop, retain and grow an established team
• Commercially aware, with the ability to manage budgets, drive targets and understand showroom performance
• High attention to detail with strong problem-solving, negotiation and communication skills
• Experience in furniture, textiles or interior design is highly regarded
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
