Wolseley Canada Inc. is seeking a retail sales professional in Victoria, BC to deliver exceptional customer service across plumbing and lighting products. You will identify needs, offer consultative solutions, and assist with design planning for contractors and customers.

Requirements include prior retail sales experience, a client-focused mindset, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment. Competitive base salary with commissions and benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with professional, approachable and informative service on all products (plumbing and lighting).

• Develop quotations, process sales orders, manage deliveries and returns.
• Respond to all customer inquiries and action new opportunities.
• Resolve all concerns and issues.

What You Will Do

What You Will Bring

• Previous retail sales experience required
• A flair for design or design background is preferred
• High level of commitment to exceptional customer service
• Excellent problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
• Requires a self-motivated team player capable of managing multiple priorities in a rapidly changing environment
• Professional demeanor and presentation
• Computer proficiency an asset
• Ability to work both individually and in a team environment
• Knowledge of the plumbing or lighting industry an asset
• Post-Secondary experience in Business or a related program preferred

Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000 plus commissions
