WestCreek Homes is seeking a Sales Associate in Calgary to support the Area Sales Manager and learn the full homebuying process from engagement to purchase. You will provide information on communities, manage sales administration, and enhance the customer experience within the show home environment.

The role focuses on learning the full sales cycle, building client relationships, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting sales performance in a fast-paced show home

Responsibilities

• Represent WestCreek Homes professionally within the show home environment.
• Support the Area Sales Manager in daily sales operations.
• Build and maintain relationships to identify lead opportunities and set appointments.
• Assist in discovery conversations to understand client needs.
• Learn to present home models, features, options, and community benefits.
• Support clients through the home-buying process from engagement to purchase.
• Maintain accurate customer records using CRM tools.
• Assist with sales documents, administrative tasks, and customer communication.
• Follow up to nurture leads and support conversions.
• Collaborate with internal teams for a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain show home cleanliness, presentation, and merchandising standards.
