  • Keeping Your Cool. You may need to work under pressure while maintaining a strong focus on communication and quality service. You will have an abundance of patience. This can be a physical job with heavy lifting and carrying. The pace can be fast, the hours can be long during busy cycles, and you may also need to work overtime. You will also realize that you need to recharge regularly – we insist that you take your vacation time!
  • Mentorship. Listen actively and perform competence analysis of apprentice technicians. Identify areas for them to improve and provide on‑job training to assist in their development.
