DFI Piling Group is seeking a Shop Labourer in Edmonton, AB, to support the Burn Table and Welding teams during the 2:30pm-11:00pm shift. The role offers overtime potential and a wage of 23–25 CAD per hour with a $2 premium for afternoon hours.

You will operate grinding equipment, prepare steel components, and help maintain a safe, organized shop. Benefits include comprehensive health and dental coverage, RRSP matching, and development support.

Qualifications

• Experience with industrial grinding and deburring tools.
• Ability to read a tape measure with high accuracy.
• Prior experience operating overhead cranes and forklifts is an asset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and stay active on the shop floor.

Responsabilités

• Use grinding equipment to remove slag and surface imperfections.
• Execute precise bends on steel parts to meet pitch and tolerances.
• Safely handle and organize steel components from the Burn Table for the next phase.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment following protocols.
