Job summary

Element Technical Services Inc. in Red Deer, AB, is seeking a Shop Hand based out of our Red Deer Operations. The role reports to the Shop Foreman.

This position offers a Monday to Friday schedule, 8 AM – 5 PM, with a competitive hourly wage and a $2,000 signing bonus, employee fuel discount, and RRSP/TFSA matching.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of industry is an asset.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Able to operate a forklift and skid steer.
• Valid Class 5 driver's license and satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• General warehouse duties.
• Shipping and receiving.
• Pull materials from stock as requested.
• Move stock around by hand or forklift.
• Move/rearrange, restock inventory as necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness in shop area.
• Sweeping, mopping floors
• Pickup/drop off parts as needed.
• Other related duties as required.
